The surface of the filter bag fabric undergoes high-temperature heat treatment, utilizing instant sintering technology or calendering, which effectively prevents fiber shedding caused by high-speed liquid impact on the fabric surface during filtration.

The filter bags are manufactured using hot-melt technology, achieving near-zero leakage. The flat-bag design significantly reduces the equipment’s installation footprint and ensures a compact structure. Technical requirements for the cage specify that the bag cage must be constructed of a spring-frame structure; the spring-type support rings must be evenly distributed and possess sufficient strength and stiffness to prevent damage and deformation; the surface of the spring-type bag cage must be smooth and free of burrs, and it must undergo anti-corrosion treatment to meet requirements for corrosion resistance and high-temperature resistance.
