Skid-Mounted Wet Collector VTHHR

The VTHHR wet separator is engineered based on high-efficiency wet-scrubbing principles. Before entering the collector tangentially, dust-laden air passes through a wet venturi throat equipped with water sprays. As the airflow rapidly accelerates through the venturi throat, the water is atomized into a fine mist. The relative velocity between the air and liquid stream creates thorough gas-liquid mixing. Through the effects of absorption and gravitational attraction, airborne dust particles and pollutants continuously collide with, adhere to, and agglomerate within the water mist.
In the high-speed centrifugal separator, the agglomerated mist and sludge particles are efficiently separated from the air stream. The cleaned air is then effectively de-swirled via a dynamic de-swirling vane assembly, directed to the clean-side exhaust fan, and passed through a final polishing filter stage before being discharged.
The separated sludge and pollutants drain with the spray water back into an automated desludging tank, where an automatic sludge removal system collects and clears them from the circulating water circuit.

Self-induced Venturi Scrubber VTER

The Self-Priming Venturi Scrubber is designed based on the high-efficiency Venturi principle, features a compact structure, and does not require a spray pump. The airflow carrying dust particles must pass through the Venturi throat before entering the separator tangentially. After accelerating rapidly through the Venturi throat, the airflow enters the middle section of the dust collector tangentially and then expands. A specialized structural design causes the airflow to generate a powerful water vortex at the liquid surface, thoroughly wetting the contaminated air as it passes through the vortex. After the pollutants and water mist are thoroughly mixed and agglomerated, the slurry droplets are separated from the airflow in a high-speed centrifugal droplet separator. The purified air is discharged through a central duct to a fan located on the clean air side. The separated sludge or pollutants are collected using appropriate methods based on their characteristics.

Pump-Jet Venturi Scrubber VTOR

The Tenzon Pump-Jet Venturi Scrubber VTOR combines the principles of centrifugal separation and hydrocyclone separation. When contaminated air enters the separator tangentially, it collides with a Venturi spray water curtain; this intense mixing ensures that pollutants are thoroughly collected. The centrifugal force generated by the airflow from the top-mounted radial fan separates the pollutant droplets from the air; the purified air is then drawn in by the top-mounted fan and discharged. Pollutants are discharged from the bottom of the separator into the sludge tank. The sludge tank is equipped with an automatic sludge-cleaning scraper chain system, as well as a liquid level monitoring system and an automatic fresh water replenishment system.

High Airflow Venturi Scrubber VTDS

The High Airflow Venturi Scrubber VTDS is designed using pump-injection enhancement technology and the high-efficiency Venturi principle. Before the gas stream carrying smoke and dust enters the separator tangentially, it must pass through the Venturi throat, where a wash liquid is sprayed. The airflow accelerates rapidly within the Venturi throat, causing the liquid to vaporize. The relative motion between the airflow and the liquid ensures thorough mixing, causing the dust and pollutants to aggregate with the liquid droplets. In the high-speed centrifugal droplet separator, the dust-laden droplets are separated from the airflow. The purified air is then discharged through a central duct to a fan located on the clean air side. The separated sludge or pollutants are collected using appropriate methods based on their characteristics.
