Skid-Mounted Wet Collector VTHHR
The VTHHR wet separator is engineered based on high-efficiency wet-scrubbing principles. Before entering the collector tangentially, dust-laden air passes through a wet venturi throat equipped with water sprays.
As the airflow rapidly accelerates through the venturi throat, the water is atomized into a fine mist. The relative velocity between the air and liquid stream creates thorough gas-liquid mixing. Through the effects of absorption and gravitational attraction, airborne dust particles and pollutants continuously collide with, adhere to, and agglomerate within the water mist.
In the high-speed centrifugal separator, the agglomerated mist and sludge particles are efficiently separated from the air stream. The cleaned air is then effectively de-swirled via a dynamic de-swirling vane assembly, directed to the clean-side exhaust fan, and passed through a final polishing filter stage before being discharged.
The separated sludge and pollutants drain with the spray water back into an automated desludging tank, where an automatic sludge removal system collects and clears them from the circulating water circuit.
