Manufactured by welding or stitching high-purity fiber materials, the loose weave of the fiber fabric significantly increases its contaminant holding capacity. This fiber material employs a dual-stage filtration mechanism, effectively trapping solid and soft particles. Particulate impurities in the liquid are retained on the fabric surface, while microscopic impurities are captured deep within the material, ensuring that the filter bag will not rupture due to increased pressure during use. Consequently, it offers high filtration efficiency. The surface of the filter bag fabric undergoes high-temperature heat treatment, utilizing instant sintering technology or calendering, which effectively prevents fiber shedding caused by high-speed liquid impact on the fabric surface during filtration.
