Explosion-Proof Dust Collection for Lithium Battery Production
During lithium battery production, from material mixing, coating, and rolling through to winding and welding, fine powders or oil mists are generated. The dust collection in this context features low airflow, fire protection, explosion protection, and high-efficiency purification. Tenzon configures different fire-proof or explosion-proof high-efficiency dust collectors — such as the MULT, HT, and LT series — according to the fume and dust characteristics at each workstation, and employs filter cartridges and filter plates as the filter media.
Heat Treatment Oil Fume Processes
The exhaust air from heat treatment contains various oil mists, carbon black, metal oxide impurities, and certain acidic oxides. The dust particles are fine in size, and the flue gas temperature inside the ducts ranges from 50°C to 200°C. The gas is oily, viscous, high-temperature, and carries sparks (with flames present at the source, and the adherent deposits on the inner duct walls are prone to ignition). It also contains low concentrations of NMHC, among other components.
Fume Control for Die Casting Processes
Aluminum is the most common material; such castings are widely used in the automotive sector. In addition, the lighter-weight magnesium is also relatively common.
Condensation Recovery of Petroleum Vapors
This unit achieves gradient cooling of the petroleum vapors. When the petroleum vapor temperature drops to −70 to −75°C, the NMHC mass concentration in the exhaust air is less than 70 g/m³. To ensure safe compliance, the gas is then further treated by adsorption, resulting in a final NMHC emission concentration that meets the requirements of GB 20950-2007, the Emission Standard for Air Pollutants from Bulk Petroleum Terminals (China).
