Rotoclone Wet Scrubber RSN

By utilizing the principle of centrifugal force to thoroughly mix water and dust-laden gas, clean air is discharged. Unique blades designed based on an airfoil model provide comprehensive cleaning, causing particles to settle. To maximize energy efficiency and maintain high-efficiency dust removal, specific liquid levels can be selected to meet individual project requirements. The airflow accelerates sharply at the vortex throat, causing the liquid to vaporize. The relative motion between the airflow and the liquid ensures thorough mixing, causing dust or pollutants to aggregate with the liquid droplets. In the wing-shaped blade droplet separator, slurry droplets are separated from the airflow. The purified air is then discharged to the fan located on the clean air side. The separated slurry or pollutants are cleared via an automatic sludge-cleaning recirculating water tank and transferred to a slurry container provided by the customer.
