The shot-blasting production lines for components such as construction machinery chassis require continuous, high-airflow dust extraction to handle high dust concentrations and large volumes of particulate matter; consequently, high system reliability is essential. The original dry-type dust collection system had experienced repeated fires. To ensure safety and reliability, the client decided to retrofit the system with a wet-type dust collector featuring automatic sludge collector, fire and explosion protection, and a design that prevents secondary dust dispersion. Additionally, plans were made to install wet-type dust collection systems in new factories and on new shot-blasting lines to meet occupational health standards as well as national and local environmental regulations, achieving a level of performance that leads the domestic industry.
