The sandblasting and shot-blasting processes for aluminum alloys generate significant amounts of dust. This not only degrades the workshop environment and compromises product quality—due to dust adhering to workpieces—but also poses substantial safety risks. Prioritizing employee health and well-being, as well as the need to boost operational efficiency and product quality, company leadership initiated a project to capture dust from the blasting equipment and upgrade to a wet, explosion-proof dust collector system.
