Client Background & Requirements:

As a manufacturer of specialized new energy vehicles, the company combines the strengths of U.S. vehicle design with Chinese new energy vehicle manufacturing processes. Due to the construction of two new production lines requiring comprehensive dust removal and exhaust air treatment, the company engaged us to participate in both the preliminary design phase and the subsequent tendering process.    
The new production lines generate fine dust and oil mist across various stages—ranging from material mixing, coating, and calendering to winding and welding—and also require the collection and purification of exhaust air from adhesive dispensing lines. Given the flammable and explosive nature of the dust, the dust removal system was designed with fire and explosion protection measures, incorporating spark detection, an automatic high-pressure fire suppression system, and explosion venting devices.
