Client Background and Requirements:
The client is a modern manufacturing enterprise specializing in the R&D, production, and sales of specialty oil products. It is located within the Ningbo Petrochemical Economic and Technological Development Zone in Zhejiang Province—a national-level chemical industrial park. Established in 2005, the company has grown over the past decade to achieve an annual comprehensive processing capacity of nearly one million tons. Its main product lines include heavy aromatic derivatives, white oils, base oils, textile processing oils, rubber plasticizers, and asphalt. These products are primarily used in sectors such as rubber processing, asphalt processing, lubricant manufacturing, food-grade and cosmetic-grade white oils, textiles, and energy storage materials.
Client Requirements: A single oil-gas recovery unit is required to serve a combined system comprising light white oil/crude white oil tank farms and loading/unloading facilities. The light oil tank farm consists of two light white oil internal floating-roof tanks, two industrial white oil internal floating-roof tanks, one start-up oil internal floating-roof tank, and one light-fraction slop oil internal floating-roof tank. The processing capacity for the eco-friendly aromatic oil loading bay is 400 Nm³/h. The design and manufacture of the oil-gas recovery unit must fully account for the properties of the oil and gas, actual operating conditions, and local climatic and environmental factors. Emissions from the unit—following oil-gas recovery and fuel-feed processing—must comply with the relevant requirements of the *Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry* (GB31570-2015).

Ultimately, the concentration of non-methane hydrocarbons (NMHC) in the exhaust air complies with the requirements of the *Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petrochemical Industry* (GB31571-2015) and the *Emission Standard of Pollutants for Petroleum Refining Industry* (GB31570-2015).
