Its core products include constant velocity (CV) joints, driveshaft assemblies, wheel hub units, rubber components, and steering and suspension parts. Client Requirements: The addition of numerous CNC machine tools in the machining workshop caused a steady rise in oil mist concentrations starting in August 2020, resulting in reduced visibility and poor workplace comfort. The issue was particularly acute in the grinding area, where the existing standalone oil mist treatment units performed poorly, negatively affecting employee health and well-being. Driven by a commitment to employee welfare, company leadership initiated a project to upgrade to a centralized oil mist collection system. The system was required to ensure that workplace hygiene and environmental standards met both national and corporate regulations, achieved an advanced level within the domestic industry, and complied with international occupational health and safety standards (OSHA and NIOSH).
