The client's heat treatment workshop operates three box-type furnace heat treatment lines, comprising five multi-purpose furnaces (one with a reserved connection port), four tempering furnaces, and two air-cooling stations. A system for the capture and treatment of waste gas generated by these operations is required.

The waste gas contains oil mist, inorganic and organic compounds, metal oxide impurities, and acidic oxide fumes. The particulate matter is fine, and the flue gas temperature within the ducts ranges from 50°C to 200°C. These emissions pose risks to the workshop environment and worker health; therefore, the installation of appropriate environmental protection facilities and treatment processes is a matter of urgency.
